17th May Can anyone who wishes to book on to the Pant-y-Goytre Rally June 8th - 10th and the Chairmans Rally at Thornhill farm June 15th - 17th please contact the relevent Rally officers as soon as possible as both are very low on bookings and if no more are received they will unfortunately have to be cancelled. ALSO .
17th May Can anyone who has booked onto the Dinner Dance Rally for 2013 please contact Debbie Garbett on 01495 442966 as soon as possible to let her know whether you still wish to attend the new rally at Pen-y-Fan which runs alongside the dinner dances new venue. .

Message from Vaughan Smith (Rally Officer for Swiss Farm Rally at Henley for the Spring Bank holiday.)

1. There will be a decorated window competition with the theme of The Diamond Jubilee.

2. With the cancellation of the English National, spaces are expected to fill up quickly as people are looking for an alternative. Contact me 0n 01633 485656 or 07798501436 to check availability of space.

10th May We will be chargng a small Social fee of £1 per van for the Rest Bay rally on the 25th May 2012 .

Messages from Rally Secretary:

  1. The Carhage Farm Rally May 11th - 13th will open at 2p.m. and we still have spaces.Contact Debbie Garbett to book on.
  2. There are new Rally Officers for the Talgarth RFC rally, June 29th - July 1st. Paul & Gill Coburn will now be running this and their contact details can be found on page 27 in 2012 rally book for Great House Farm.
  3. Rally Officers are needed for the following Rallies. Lower Ruxton Farm July 13th - 15th, previous R.O.s have pulled out, Trewyn Farm, Pandy August 17th - 19th. Can anyone interested in running any of them please contact Debbie Garbett on 01495 442966 as soon as possible to prevent them being cancelled.
  4. Also don't forget that the Chairmans Rally will now be held at Thornhill Farm June 15th - 17th and the Fontygary Rally September 21st - 23rd has now been replaced by Oakleigh, Nr Hereford and Debbie Garbett is running it
